Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur $10 fee.

Cancelling within 3 hours of your appointment or not showing up will incur a 30% fee of the total of your missed appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment we may not be able to groom your dog due to time constraints and your appointment will therefore be considered a no-show and a 30% no show fee will apply.

The cancellation and no-show fees will be added onto your account and will be charged at your next appointment you schedule with us. By booking with us you accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

If your dog has fleas we are obliged to do a flea shampoo for $10 extra to prevent a flea infestation within the salon.  You will be notified of this at check in or via message.

We withhold the right to refuse service if we feel as though it is unsafe to groom your dog.

We have free ranging chickens on our property, although fenced off, prevention of an incident is our utmost priority. All dogs must wear a well fitting collar or harness and be on leash at all times when entering & exiting the property. Failure to do so will result in a ban from rebooking.
